Despite the tremendous residential, commercial and cultural assets of Midtown Indianapolis, there are real threats to its economic vitality and quality of life. A 2017 survey of more than 600 stakeholders brought to light many concerns that can only be addressed through collaboration and financial support.
These concerns include:
- Declining housing stock
- Vacant commercial structures
- Unsafe routes to school
- Declining population
- Deteriorating public infrastructure
- Abandoned housing

Sponsor a Midtown Indy Signature Event
Homes throughout Midtown Indianapolis open their doors in November to the public as the holiday season begins. See the festive designs local florists and homeowners envision and create to “deck the halls” of these great historic homes. Attendance exceeds 1,200 people. Sponsorships include varying levels of recognition and tickets to the event.
