In partnership with the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), The City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development (City), and AME Crossroads Church (AME), Midtown Indy has issued a Request for Interest (RFI) and Call for Proposals (RFP) for property it controls at 4556 N. College Avenue. The process seeks to identify a partner to facilitate the redevelopment of the property into a mixed-use or multifamily development that aligns with goals of Equitable Transit Oriented Development (ETOD) and the provision of affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families and individuals.

A virtual pre-submittal meeting for potential respondents will be held on March 8 that 3:30 p.m. All registered respondents will receive a link to the meeting via email. To register, the lead respondent must email a formal request to Midtown Indy and include the names, contact information, and roles of those individuals who will have access to the information. Once registration is received, a Zoom link will be provided. Final responses must be submitted by EOB March 31.
